Accessibility statement
Scope
This statement covers the Timbria website, the studio application, the museum visitor pages, and the curator console.
Conformance status
Timbria aims to conform to EN 301 549 (which includes WCAG 2.1 level AA). This statement is based on our own assessment; an independent audit has not yet been carried out.
Sound and its text alternative
Every published piece carries a text alternative: the key, tempo and a short note describing the piece, so the audio is never the only way to know what a piece is.
Known limitations
From our own review: colour contrast and the keyboard focus order of a few interactive controls have not yet been independently measured in a live, rendered browser session, and small-phone layout at a few specific widths has not been screenshotted and checked.
How this was assessed
Self-assessed against EN 301 549 by the team building Timbria. A third-party audit is planned before the first institutional procurement.
Feedback
If you find a barrier using this site, the studio, or a museum page, tell us and we will look at it.
